  Welcome and the lay of the night

  Who we are ( Audacity Group Inc. a small Adelaide studio; this is our first public event). What will happen, in order. What will not happen. Acknowledgement of Country. Then the idea in plain language: most teams do not have an AI problem. They have a context problem. This is a small live room, not a conference. You do not have to network. You do not have to speak. You can leave and come back. The shape of the night will not change after you arrive.

  The working demo

  One live system on a screen. We show how scattered data becomes something a human can actually use, always with a person still deciding. You can watch the whole way. You do not have to follow every click or click along with us. Just show and tell. Emoji's in slack are welcome.

• 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

  Interval & networking (if you want to)

  How the room works: Speech is optional. Watch, write, sit quiet, or ask us later by email: marketing@audacityme.com Lights will stay ordinary. No strobes, no surprise volume jump. Demo sound will be talking-level, not a show. If you need to step out, the door stays a door. Come back when you want. If a question is easier in writing, there will be cards and a follow-up address. There will be no recordings of faces unless we say so at the start and you can sit out of frame.

  What you just saw + Q&A

  We'll cover the short version, in ordinary words. What it is. What it is not. What we are not selling tonight. Ask out loud, pass a card, or say nothing. Silence is a complete answer. We will not put anyone on the spot. The official night ends at 6:30pm but lingering is allowed. Leaving on the minute is also allowed we don't judge your audacity here.
