Event description

A fun day out for the whole family. Learn about keeping cattle, sheep or poultry. Bee keeping and honey extraction. The best olives and oil. Talks from Passionate experts on everything from the importance of fungi for our soil to the best preparation for a vegetable bed, To how to breed the best chooks.

Children will be amused and educated by our roving fairies and Spare Parts Puppet Theatre. Make a worm farm to take home or pot up a seedling.

Watch the equestrian events in the arena and marvel at sheep dogs working. See sheep being shorn.

Check out the latest in machinery for your patch of country.

Then head to the food and wine pavillion for a tasty treat or a bottle of local produce to take home and enjoy.
