Explore what matters to you and create a meaningful intention to carry forward, facilitated by Sanjay & Shivani Gidwani.

Slow down over chai, connect with like-minded individuals and enjoy a relaxed afternoon together. 🤍

🧘 What to Wear & Bring

Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move and stretch in, such as yoga clothes, activewear or loose layers. No need to bring anything except an open mind and yourself. ✨

Neelam Gopalani — Yoga Facilitator
Neelam will guide you through a grounding 50-minute yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space for reflection. Her approach is welcoming and accessible to all levels.

Sanjay & Shivani Gidwani — Intention Workshop Facilitators
Sanjay and Shivani will guide an intimate conversation around intention, personal strength and living with greater purpose. Drawing on their recent experiences, the workshop invites you to reflect on what matters to you and the person you want to become.
