Description

Do you long to find flow and freedom in a creative practice?

Does a blank page feel overwhelming?

Do you feel stuck in your art making, or unsure of how to try new things?

The Creative Container is for you.

Over four weekly sessions, this small group experience offers a space to reconnect with your authentic creative self — not through pressure or performance, but through curiosity, play, and exploration. This isn’t an art class. It’s a guided, supportive, and meditative environment where the focus is on the creative process, not a created product.

Together, we’ll explore different materials and prompts in a way that nourishes self-expression, reflection, and wellbeing. Think collage, watercolour, pastels, clay, and creative writing! Plus prompts that help you to to explore them in your own unique way.

Inside The Creative Container, there is no “good” or “bad” art. Just space to show up as you are, and find a way of making that feels good for you. Our group will become a community of non-judgemental, expressive, and curious makers, who understand that creative practice has much to offer us beyond being hung in a gallery, or receiving a grade in the classroom.

What you can expect:

  • Meditative, structured group sessions with a weekly creative focus.

  • Gentle guidance through prompts, processes and materials such as clay, watercolour, pastels, and collage.

  • A non-judgemental group environment that supports safety and experimentation

  • Opportunities to step outside your comfort zone in a supported way

  • Creative practices you can carry into your everyday life
