This workshop is designed to help those who have ADHD, or think that they might have ADHD, learn new tools for addressing procrastination in their lives and businesses.

Up to 35% of entrepreneurs are dyslexic and ADHD-ers, as they are twice as likely as peers to start a business after graduating college.

This workshop provides an overview of ADHD presentations, prevalence, identification, and strengths. We will discuss how to support individuals with ADHD at home and at work.

Whether you are working alongside an ADHD creative or are the ADHD creative in question, surviving and thriving is a matter of finding the right support network, resources, accommodations and education.

This workshop will focus on representing the lived ADHD experience with a presentation, Q&A, coaching demonstration and interviews from two amazing women with ADHD.
