    Join award-winning author Margaret Hickey in conversation with Claudine Tinellis as they discuss her chilling new mystery novel, The Creeper

    The small town of Edenville has been haunted by the murders of hikers on Jagged Ridge, deemed a murder-suicide involving Bill 'Creeper' Durant.

    But as Detective Constable Sally White investigates as the ten-year anniversary approaches, she begins uncovering secrets and possible enemies of the victims, which would deem The Creeper innocent.

    Books will be available for purchase and signing on the night.

    $5.00 + booking fee

    Non-alcoholic refreshments and nibbles on arrival.

    Margaret Hickey is an award-winning author and playwright from North East Victoria. She has a PhD in Creative Writing and is deeply interested in rural lives and communities. She is the author of Cutters End, Stone Town and Broken Bay. Her new novel, The Creeper, will be released in June 2024.

    Claudine Tinellis is a former corporate lawyer turned fiction writer, podcaster, presenter and moderator. In 2014 she was involved with the non-fiction cookbook Coastal Chef: Culinary Art of Seaweed & Algae in the 21st Century but writing fiction Is where her heart lies. She began the Talking Aussie Books podcast in 2018 dedicated to connecting readers with their favourite Australian authors. With more than 250 authors interviewed to date, she has become one of Australia's most recognisable, in-demand book podcasters. Claudine is also a founding executive member of the biennial Northern Beaches Readers Festival.
