Event description
The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) will be hosting two community engagement sessions to explain a proposed minor change to the marina berth allocations at the Club.
An application to Council intends to amend DA 441/09 and proposes lease modifications to six (6) existing berthing areas as follows:
- Allocation of two (2) berths on the outside of A-Arm;
- Allocation of a new (1) Club berth on the internal, eastern side of A-Arm; and
- Redesignation of three (3) berths from ‘Casual’ to ‘Long-Term’ berths on the eastern end of D-Arm.
The information session will include a walkthrough of the two areas impacted and provide a more detailed explanation of the changes and key assessments conducted.
