🤔 What does it mean to live inside a human body?
Welcome to The Curious Body Club — playful, embodied classes for those who want to explore that question in community. This is a monthly invitation to get curious: about movement, touch, relationship, sensation, and presence — in your body, with others, and in nature. 🌱
It’s part class, part social lab — a space to research the edges of what it means to move, relate, and be alive in this body. 🌀
✨ Each session we’ll explore:
🤸 Curious contact & partner movement
🎲 Improvisation and playful physical games
🤼 Gentle play fighting as communication
🌿 Embodiment in nature and moving with the land
🧘 Slowing down, listening, co-regulating
💞 Building a grounded, joyful, and open community
You don’t need to be a dancer or fighter — just bring a willingness to explore and connect. This is a space for all bodies, all levels of experience, and all flavours of curiosity. 🌈
