๐ค What does it mean to live inside a human body?
Welcome to The Curious Body Club โ playful, embodied classes for those who want to explore that question in community. This is a monthly invitation to get curious: about movement, touch, relationship, sensation, and presence โ in your body, with others, and in nature. ๐ฑ
Itโs part class, part social lab โ a space to research the edges of what it means to move, relate, and be alive in this body. ๐
โจ Each session weโll explore:
๐คธ Curious contact & partner movement
๐ฒ Improvisation and playful physical games
๐คผ Gentle play fighting as communication
๐ฟ Embodiment in nature and moving with the land
๐ง Slowing down, listening, co-regulating
๐ Building a grounded, joyful, and open community
You donโt need to be a dancer or fighter โ just bring a willingness to explore and connect. This is a space for all bodies, all levels of experience, and all flavours of curiosity. ๐
