ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

Winner of both the Tony Award and Olivier Award for Best Play, Simon Stephens’ acclaimed adaptation brings Mark Haddon’s bestselling novel vividly to life.

Christopher Boone is 15. He has an extraordinary brain and is exceptionally gifted at mathematics, but he struggles to interpret everyday life. When he discovers his neighbour’s dog, Wellington, dead in the garden — killed with a garden fork — Christopher sets out to solve the mystery.

What begins as a logical investigation becomes a life-changing journey that challenges everything he thought he knew about the world, his family, and himself.

This is a community theatre project with an intergenerational ensemble.

Content Warning: This show includes some swearing (6 F bombs), violence (one slap and a shove)

and deals with mature themes. It is suitable for mature audiences 15 plus in age.

LED lighting and some strobing effects in three segments of the performance lasting 1 minute each.
