✨THE CURRENT - FREE MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE - ✨

Join us for The Current—a weekly, open-level free movement experience where we connect with ourselves and each other, flowing together in the current of energy we create. This is your space to lean into your natural expression and embrace the freedom in your being.

This is not about getting it right—it’s about releasing that idea entirely and embracing your innate ability to move, express, and feel as an empowered, authentic, and ALIVE human being.

Each week, we’ll move through guided meditation, improvisation, and group movements, sharing the joy of the dance together.

Who is this for:
Anyone over 16 who feels like exploring movement, regardless of their experience level.

What to expect:
A safe, playful, and supportive environment. We’ll begin by grounding ourselves in meditation before flowing into improvisations and solo/group movements.

Facilitator:

Ren Sky Milera (He/Him... is a proud First Nations man: a seasoned practitioner within

dance/facilitation, who will guide you through this playful and transformative movement journey.

What to bring:
A water bottle, soft and flowing clothes that allow you to move freely, and an attitude of curiosity and openness.
