The Cygnet Song Circle in Concert
Event description
Online Sales have now stopped.
Tickets will be available at the door. Doors open at 2.30 for a 3pm concert.
What better way to spend World Singing Day (it's a thing, and it's on this concert day) than bathed in the sound of many voices singing joyfully together.
Come along to be part of what will be a beautiful and affirming atmosphere, and hear glorious, uplifting songs in many and varied styles.
The concert also features fabulous local vocalists Daisy Adams and Bunya Maxwell-Lory sharing solo songs and small ensembles.
The Cygnet Song Circle is a dynamic and joyful community choir facilitated by local choir-human Rose Wilson.
(P.S If you come along and think 'That just looks like too much fun, I should absolutely be getting myself into that', then you'd be thinking right, and you can totally come and join us. We sing on Tuesday nights, 6.30-8.00pm in the Cygnet Town Hall).
The concert will be followed by an afternoon tea.
Profits from the concert will be shared among good causes.
Tickets are $15, or $10 concession. What that means is if the concession price makes a difference to your life or the difference between coming along, pay that one. Children under 10 are free.
