The Dance is designed to reconnect us to natural cycles and seasons and both elemental and ancestral energies through expressive art, guided spirit journeying and movement, and creative ritual. It is a beautiful way to open and attune ourselves to our constantly changing world and strengthen our ability to be present and engaged. Join us as we gather monthly via zoom on the 3rd Saturday of each month 3-5 pm EST.

In keeping with each season, we engage in a creative exploration using guided spirit journeying, visual art, meditative movement, writing, story sharing and nature-inspired healing practices. We attune ourselves more fully to the rhythms, cycles, and seasons of the earth and of our lives and practice transmuting fear, isolation, overwhelm, and heartbreak into deeper and more joyful engagement in our work and world. Co-facilitated by Lindy Chicola and Rinah Rachel Galper.
