"Surrender Into Pleasure"

Nathasha Crane and I are combining our creative and healing potentials to bring you a very special and sacred dance session.

We will energetically set and share a safe space where you are free to explore and physically express yourself in whichever way feels most nourishing for you and your body.

Guiding you to feel into the pleasure of your body, moving into deep communion and honouring the way it is desiring to move and express.

Shifting your energy in this somatic way through movement and intention can be incredibly healing and freeing.

Gifting yourself with the space to surrender and let the divine dance through you.

We will open with a short circle, then will take you on a magical 1.5hr guided dance journey.

Including:

Soft, gentle and sensual movements
Shaking Medicine (more about this below)
Ecstatic Dance
Meditation

We will then close with a sharing circle for an opportunity to share and connect with others.

Natasha enjoys her career as a life coach, emotional healer, yoga teacher and conscious dance facilitator with a special flare for working with creatives. Her unique professional experience as a creative director, international choreographer and professional dancer is what inspired her to move her work into this healing direction. Seeing the immense need for more support for people in the arts and anyone who desires to creatively express themselves. Natasha is actively contributing in the most valuable way she can to empower all humans to rise to their full potential.
