Join the Australasian Green Infrastructure Network for an exclusive site visit to the Fytogreen NTT-UTS Greenwall, where we’ll explore the technology, data, and real-world lessons behind this urban greening solution.
📍 Meeting Point: At the green wall next to The Terrace café.
🔹 Learn from the experts:
- Fytogreen specialists will discuss Green Wall typology, installation, and maintenance, sharing key lessons learnt from real-world applications.
- Justin Lipman, Associate Professor at UTS and Director of Radio Frequency and Communication Technologies (RFCT), will reveal insights from data collected from this green wall, which integrates AI, RF, IoT, sensors, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
- We will then move to a UTS Green Infrastructure Lab presentation by Associate Professor Fraser Torpy, a passionate and engaging speaker in the field, who will highlight the importance of research in urban green infrastructure like green walls.
🎤 Q&A + Networking
Following the presentations, there will be a Q&A session, followed by refreshments kindly provided by the UTS Green Infrastructure Lab.
