Whether your heart is open, broken, healing or curious. This circle is designed for you to reflect, receive support, and set clear intentions for the month ahead.

When dating, we often spend a lot of time analysing others. Yet what we usually need is an honest reflection of ourselves. Some of our biggest work can be learning to be vulnerable, choosing people who want the same thing, becoming emotionally available ourselves, healing from our past, becoming intentional, and managing the anxiety that dating can stir within us. This circle is an opportunity to do that.

We will meet at the start each month so you can improve your dating experience for the month ahead!
