THE DEEP RESET

Full Moon Release & Restore

A 2-Hour Multidimensional Nervous System Immersion

Under the November Full Moon, release what you’ve been carrying and return to yourself.

For the woman who is exhausted from holding everything together.

The woman who is constantly giving, constantly thinking, constantly doing.

The woman who feels overwhelmed, overstimulated, emotionally drained or disconnected from herself.

This full moon, you are invited to stop. To release the pressure. To soften the tension. To let go of everything you’ve been carrying that no longer serves you.

THE DEEP RESET is an intimate two-hour immersion combining two distinctly different multidimensional breathwork and sound experiences with Spinal Energetics.

A journey designed to support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, reconnection and deep restorative rest.

PART ONE — RELEASE Let Go of What No Longer Serves You

Under the energy and symbolism of the full moon, we begin with an activating multidimensional breathwork and sound journey. An opportunity to explore and move through the emotions you’ve been holding beneath the surface. The frustration. The overwhelm. The stress. The emotional exhaustion. Supported by Spinal Energetics, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, explore emotional tension and create space for something new. Release the pressure to hold everything together.

PART TWO — RESTORE

Return to Your Body. Return to Calm. After release comes restoration. We transition into a deeply calming multidimensional sound and meditation experience. Gentle breathing. Immersive sound. Guided stillness.

No intense breathing. No pushing. Nothing to achieve. Simply an opportunity to soften, settle and allow your nervous system to move towards a state of greater calm. A space to feel grounded, supported and connected to yourself. Because true restoration isn’t about doing more. It’s about giving yourself permission to rest.
