‘The Deepening’ is a sacred space for women & men to come together in circle to deepen connection to Self, Other, Mother Earth & Great Spirit.

6.30pm-9.15pm ceremonial cacao, breathwork and sharing circle

9.15pm-9.30pm close

This month we will be drinking ceremonial cacao at ceremonial doses, doing yin breathwork followed by a sharing circle.

Cacao will open and warm your heart, fostering open heartedness and connection to self and other, making it easier to share and speak from the heart.

Breathwork will release DMT in your body, enabling you to process emotions and trauma, transporting you to the places you need to travel to in order to heal whatever it is you need to heal. All you need to do is breathe consciously and continuously - your body and the practice do the rest.

Once we have journeyed we will share what has arisen for us, holding space for one another as we do so beautifully each month. Breathwork never ceases to impress and amaze participants and this month will be no different.

To ensure we all have enough time to share, I am capping tickets at 18 so don't miss out.

I cannot stress enough the need to be on time. DOORS CLOSE AT 6.25pm and refunds/transfers will not be issued if you are late. Once we announce the ground rules and start the circle it's irresponsible of me as the group facilitator to allow people to enter - I take my job seriously and need to act in the best interest of the group. So please leave extra time to ensure you do not miss out on what is going to be a beautiful night together.

This circle has been running since 2016, in various venues across the Coast. This will be our 5th month in our lovely new venue, with many people attending every month which is amazing!

I hope that you can join us...and that you can bring partners, elders, friends and family along too. The more the merrier!

I prefer that people do not buy tickets at the door without letting us know in advance, due to the capacity of the group being 20 including crew. Please bring an open heart, your journal and a pen, water and if you have one, your medicine drum (or other instruments you like to play!)
