Description

This face-to-face free session is designed to support the community. Topics include ~ Assisting with creating DoTDirect Online Accounts, demonstrating how to use DoT’s digital driver and vehicle services, teaching safe online transaction practices, supporting seniors with concession details and eligibility and sharing information on vehicle registration processes, licence renewals, and secure payment options. The goal is to help participants build confidence in using online services and participants are welcome to ask questions on related topics.
