The Developers Forum is Western Sydney’s premier annual gathering for the building and construction industry. A free-to-attend, sponsor-funded event that brings together over 500 developers, builders, professionals, suppliers and government stakeholders in a structured environment built for real conversation, education and networking.
We're doing things a little differently in 2026. While we continue to uphold our core values, we also want to provide an elevated experience to our dedicated attendees and sponsors. Keynote Speaker
James Sherrard - NSW Building Commissioner
James Sherrard is the NSW Building Commissioner and will be our only major keynote speaker of the evening. He has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years most recently spending three years with Transport for NSW. Prior to this, James worked in the private sector as a consultant and project manager in the civic, residential and commercial sectors. He has worked extensively overseas and is a qualified and experienced builder.
