Plan to Pause brings you... The Dietitian Retreat!

From the 28th-30th of April, a two night retreat in Sawtell NSW, on beautiful Gumbaynggirr Country.

To kick back, eat delicious food and connect with other dietitians.

To not have to "do" anything. It is space for you to feel into what YOU need, and to honour that.

What's included in the ticket price:

Dates: arrival from 4pm 28th April, check out by 10:30am on 30th April 2023
Location: Sawtell, NSW, Australia (5 minutes from Coffs Harbour Airport, approx 4-5 hours to Brisbane or Newcastle)
Luxury accommodation (20 metres from the beach!) with the option for twin share or private room
All meals included and ability to cater to all dietary preferences
The Pause, Ground, Nourish workshop (includes lunch, reflective practice workshop and yoga class)
Guided intention setting, local headland/beach walks and your own Plan to Pause journal
Plenty of space between to rest, reflect and go gently..
All planned activities are completely optional!

Ticket details:

Early Bird Twin Share - $750 pp*
Twin Share - $850 pp
Early Bird Private Room - $1050 pp*
Private room - $1150 pp

* Early Bird tickets are on sale until the 23rd of February 2023.

A $300 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by the 24th of March 2023 by direct transfer, details will be provided via email once you have secured your spot.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You can cancellation and receive a full refund up to 4 weeks before the event (31st of March, 2023), and a partial refund of 50% for cancellations with over 2 weeks notice.

We recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover any late cancellation requirements beyond the 31st of March. Should we need to cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to join us on our rescheduled dates, request a full refund if the new dates do not align, or request a credit note towards any other services or future retreats with Plan to Pause.
