Description
Teacher-led playgroup for curious children and their grown-ups.
Thursdays 9:30am - 11:30am throughout Term 3.
Join us for a relaxed morning of songs, stories, sensory play, simple STEM invitations and open-ended exploration.
Each session offers a balance of guided experiences and free play, with opportunities to discover indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). Children are encouraged to wonder, investigate and learn through play, while caregivers enjoy active participation and a welcoming space to connect with others.
Created by a qualified teacher and mum, The Discovery Club Playgroup celebrates curiosity, creativity and the joy of discovering something new.
Suitable for children who are walking: 1-5 years old.
Located in Whitehorse, Melbourne.

We would also appreciate some help with tidying up and encouraging our little Discovers to look after the spaces around them

- Does my child need to be walking?
We recommend that children are walking in order to safely participate in the active play experiences and explore alongside older children. As children develop at different rates and families know their children best, parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervising and supporting their child throughout the session and determining which experiences are appropriate for their child's stage of development.

- Do I need to book?
Yes. Places are limited and minimum numbers required. Bookings are essential.
- Refund Policy
Bookings can be refunded up to 14 days before the first session.
After this, bookings are transferable but generally non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled by Rockets & Rainbows, families will be offered a replacement session, credit or refund.
If The Discovery Club Playgroup does not proceed due to minimum numbers not being reached, all payments will be refunded in full.
