Weaving the ancient practice and mindfulness of Qi Gong, with music suited to every wheel of energy within. Allowing you to step into your free spirit.

Allow yourself to move without judgement and channel the vitality and stability of the Earth drawing up the flow through every centre within. Freedom of expression through the throat chakra, feel the glow of your heart and the inner fire ignite in your solar plexus, move with the fluidity of the sacral chakra whilst your root anchors you into the Earth. Send your illuminated glow through the upper chakras as we connect into the cosmos.

Letting go of any expectations, leave any concerns at the door.

You are welcome to join no previous experience necessary. Come with an open mind, an opportunity to dissolve social conditioning, wear loose clothing suited to the time of year to be outside and preferably bare footed.
