A sprint triathlon without the swim! Join us for The Dry Tri, which will consist of three elements: indoor rowing on a Concept 2 erg, indoor biking on a Concept 2 bike erg and an outdoor run.

Distances are: Row 2K, Bike 8K, Run 3K

Divisions: Open, Master's 55+ and TEAM divisions!

Masters 55+ will complete the following distances: 1200-meter row, 5000-meter bike, 1500-meter run.

For team, the distances will remain the Row 2K, Bike 8K, Run 3K, but you can split it up any way you'd like. Teams are two or three people.

We will run heats of up to 8 athletes/teams every 25 minutes starting at 7 AM to 11:35 AM. (Note: you will send us the heat time you prefer and we will send out the final schedule before the event.)

All finishers will receive a medal.

The top finishers in the following divisions will be awarded: Male, Female, Male Masters (55+), Female Masters (55+), Team

Register before January 3 and your entry fee includes a shirt!

After registering, send an email to contact@verostrength.com with your age, gender, desired heat time (see below) and shirt size (if registering before January 3). If you are on a team, please let us know. Each team member must register.
