The Duck Therapy vol.2 by The Temple of Techno
Event description
You may have noticed ducks appearing around XCHC, but don't worry, it's all part of The Great Duck's plan to slowly but surely take over. The Great Duck is angry! There hasn’t been much progress since The Duck Therapy #1…. the members of his cult are leaving... and were asked to personally meet with The Great Duck in the church.
His words where brutal:
"Coin coin coin co coin?
Coin coin qwak qwak; coin cocoin coin!
Coin coin co qwak, co coin coin coincoin!
Coincococoin coin co qwak nuggets!!"
English below:
"Who the duck do you think I am?
I'm The Great Duck; not a dish in a restaurant!
I will take over the world, with our without your help!
You better start worshipping me, before I turn you all into chickens!!".
After such criticism, we decided to stop ducking around and came up with a plan to please The Great Duck! Let us introduce The Duck Therapy #2!
The therapy will take place in a dimly lit intimate environment full of ducks synchronized to the groovy techno rhythm. DMTG and Maia Qwak have been summoned by The Great Duck to help ensure all goes according to plan. Starting at 9pm arrive early and be prepared to boogie...The Great Duck will decide when it's time to end it. If you're not afraid and willing to be brainwashed, then come and see what The Duck Is Going On!
All profit from this event will go towards our next big event happening in mid-August. 🤫

INTENTIONAL CULTURE
Take care of yourself and each other. If you see someone that needs help or doesn’t look okay, reach out.
We want to create a culture where everyone feels safe and respected. Be aware of the people around you and think about how you might feel if you were them. Sometimes people don’t want to hug you, don’t want pictures taken of themselves, or don’t want you all up in their personal space.
If someone says “no” it means "no". If it's not a "Fuck yes!" it's not a "yes".
