                      Indulge yourself in the marinading of the body and Spirit.


The Earthing is a day of earth Luxury . From the crown to the tip of toes - you will leave feeling nourished cell deep .

Taking the nod from TCM and the meridians to guide this honoring of the body in Winter . Rooting into the earth and the body through Yoga , embodiment pranayama, Kundalini Kriya , meditation and Ceremony with Jay and Kyla.

Receiving deep restoration through the loving hands of Birdie with a facial using Organic products and  with the powerful healing of Ann's hands with a head, neck and shoulders massage .

You will be nourished with a gorgeous lunch and beautiful refreshments throughout the day .

Along with a Cacao ceremony and guided meditation - you will leave feeling like you have been in deep body worship for days.
