The Ed Rodrigues Band at Eight O'clock Sharp

Drummer and composer Ed Rodrigues returns as a bandleader Eight O'Clock Sharp with his compelling new  project ‘Counterfeit Culture’.

Marking his first major outing as a leader in years Ed will lead a talented contemporary jazz trio through the songs that have provided him decades of musical inspiration. The repertoire seamlessly bridges the past and the present, presenting timeless jazz standards with innovative original works and modern compositions that have shaped Rodrigues's artistic journey. 

Expect an exciting, rhythmically sophisticated performance, heavily anchored in odd time signatures.

Joining Rodrigues are two of the country's finest musicians Casey Golden and Callum Eggins.
