The Elements: Alchemical Sound Bath + Guided Meditation at the MeWe Fair in Auburn

Immerse yourself in a bath of healing vibrations that will transport you to a state of tranquility and inner peace. Experience the power of sound bath therapy as it intertwines with mindful practices, creating a space for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, healing and grounding.

Find your peace, balance and harmony in the present moment as Sol guides you through a journey of harmonious melodies, guided meditations and intentional breathing.

WHAT: The Elements: Alchemical Sound Bath + Guided Meditation

WHEN: Sunday Dec 10 @9-11am

WHERE: Green River College at 12401 SE 320th St, Auburn, WA 98092 in the Student Union Building. Parking is FREE.

HOW: Optionally bring a yoga or foam mat, pillows and blankets. We'll provide chairs.

HOW MUCH: $20 ahead, $30 at the door and $10 for those with a Booth at the Fair

WHO: Sol Turtlevine

Sol Turtlevine is a Certified Reiki II, Sound II, Crystal & Chakra Healer. They are a musician and practitioner of Reiki, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Cranial Sacral Sound Therapy, and they recently got certified in Crystal Singing Bowl and Tuning Fork healing facilitation.

Sol is a Non-Binary BIPOC identifying individual - they offer healing, releasing, renewal, and restoration on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level for everyone, and they are particularly passionate about serving Transgender and Non-Binary identifying individuals as well as BIPOC and other POC.
