The Elevate Retreat is your chance to pause, reconnect, and step into the most confident version of yourself in the breathtaking Hunter Valley at Glen Eden Estate. Across three days you’ll experience powerful practices, soul-nourishing connection, and unforgettable moments that will leave you recharged, inspired, and ready to take on the year ahead.

From the moment you arrive on Friday, you’ll be greeted by our warm and energetic host, ready to guide you into a weekend of connection and transformation.
The retreat begins with a beautiful biodynamic breathwork session guided by host Amber Maree, opening the space for release and clarity. This is followed by an energy clearing and psychic drop-in ceremony with the gifted psychic medium Tamika Hill, setting the tone for the transformation ahead. Afterwards, we’ll come together over a homely shared meal to nourish our bodies and deepen our first connections.

Saturday is all about celebrating yourself. You’ll enjoy a full photoshoot day with professional photographer Jay, where you’ll take part in your own individual photoshoot and an incredible vibrant team shoot. You’ll walk away with your own set of edited photos and a 30-second highlight reel to capture the magic of the day. The evening finishes with a celebration dinner to honour the connections you’ve built.

On Sunday, you’ll close the retreat with a manifestation and integration session, designed to help you reflect on everything you’ve gained and finish 2025 with clarity, stepping into 2026 with confidence and direction.
