The presenter will take you through how to better understand the campaign data, creating audience segments to deliver more targeted campaigns and how to automate your emails to save time and improve customer engagement.

· Monitoring Email List Health: How to clean your list and minimise the likelihood of ending up in spam folders.

· Audience Segmentation: Explore ways to gather audience data to create targeted emails that hit the right customers and the right time.

· Email Automations: Automate you emails to reach customers at crucial moments, such as abandoned carts and appointment no-shows.

For in person workshops bring along your laptop or from online workshop have access to two screens so you can follow along and start implementing as you learn.
