The Embodied Feminine Dance and Authentic Movement Circle
Event description
We welcome each Woman, Sister, daughter, Crone, Mother and Maiden,
Join us in a women’s dance and authentic movement circle where we explore the full spectrum of the feminine, embodying our innate sensuality, Eros, nourishment, wildness and authentic expression.
Dance is a powerful tool in which we can use for connection to our bodies and to the innate wisdom that we hold. There are many aspects of our earth based and wild nature that have been shutdown throughout our culture, we dance to explore these aspects of the self in reclamation of the feminine. We encourage you to become curious and explore the ways in which your body speaks.
This workshop is a combination of circle & meditation, movement practices as well as free flow dance. All ages welcome, no prior experience necessary.
