The Embodied Flow lab is a safe space to explore and drop into the intelligence and resources of the body. It provides participants with different practices to support body-mind awareness, fluidity of movement and depth of embodiment. Inspired by the teachings of Body mind Centering, Embodied Flow, Contemporary dance, Chinese Medicine and the 5 element theory and Zenthai Shiatsu Flow. We flow through free movement, embodiment practices, dance, asana and chi kong.

Deepening somatic sense-ability, practice, and community. Grounded in curiosity and deep listening to our own body, the other participants, and the space itself, we will explore a range of solo, partnered and group exercises and improvisational scores.
