Join Dr Kristina Mah, martial artist and movement practitioner, for a weekly movement class where the wisdom of martial arts meets the depth of meditation practice. Each session guides you to reconnect with the body, cultivate restorative inner rest, and quietening the mind to towards flow, insight and feeling embodied interconnectedness.
We'll explore how embodied movement can awaken deeper understanding of the Dharma and development of mobility, flexibility, and strength through movement inspired by martial arts traditions.
Each week unfolds a different theme from Lam Rim, opening the heart, mind and body. As the body settles and the mind quiets, the illusion of separation naturally gives way to experiences of unity and compassion.
Whether you're new to meditation or movement practice, this course offers a gentle yet powerful approach to awakening that honours the body as a doorway to self-care and bodily wisdom.
