Earlier this year we brought The Embodied Woman to life through a sold out four day retreat on the Gold Coast. Now, for the first time, we’re bringing the heart of that experience to Melbourne in one powerful, immersive day.

The Embodied Woman is for women ready to stop playing small, take up space and come home to who they truly are.

Created by holistic psychologist Laura Corcoran and holistic transformation coach Ash Butterss, this retreat brings together psychology, somatic healing and meaningful connection to support you in reconnecting with your worth, purpose and power.

Throughout the day, Laura will guide you through transformational workshops designed to deepen your self awareness and explore what may be holding you back. Ash will lead you through somatic practices including yin yoga and breakthrough breathwork, helping you move beyond intellectual understanding and into true embodiment.

This is your opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, release what you have been carrying and create space for the woman within who already knows her worth.
