- What is The Micro Experience Co.?
We create immersive, interactive experiences that put you right inside the story. Each experience is different and may include puzzles, mysteries, special effects, scares, or seasonal adventures.
- How long does an experience last?
Plan for approximately 45 minutes for your experience. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so your group can get checked in and ready.
- How many people can participate?
Each time slot can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- Do I have to purchase all 6 tickets?
No! Tickets can be purchased individually. If you don't purchase the entire time slot, you may be paired with other guests. To guarantee a private experience, purchase all 6 spots for your selected time.
- What ages can participate?
The Emily Harper Mystery Experience is recommended for ages 8+. It includes spooky themes, dim lighting, eerie sounds, creepy props, and mild scare effects, but is designed to be mysterious and suspenseful rather than intensely frightening.
Children under 8 may participate at a parent or guardian’s discretion. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Is this an escape room?
Not exactly! Some experiences may have escape-room-style puzzles, but The Micro Experience Co. is designed around short, immersive experiences that change throughout the year.
- What if we don't solve everything in time?
That's okay! The goal is to enjoy the experience. Staff may provide hints when appropriate, but the experience ends when your scheduled session is over.
- Can I take pictures or videos inside?
Photos can be taken in designated areas, but we may restrict photography/video during certain experiences to protect surprises and prevent spoilers.
- Can I get a refund if I can't come?
Tickets are for a specific date and time. Tickets are non-refundable, but with at least 24 hours' notice, tickets may be transferred to another available time at our discretion or refunded. No-shows are non-refundable.
- What happens if I'm late?
Because experiences are scheduled back-to-back, late arrivals may have their experience shortened and may not be able to enter once the experience has begun. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
- Can I book a private group, birthday, or special event?
Yes! Private groups, birthdays, and special events may be available. Contact The Micro Experience Co. for availability and options.
