The Emotional Fitness Retreat offers six nurturing days away from everyday pressures, giving you the time, support and practical tools to better understand your emotions, strengthen your resilience and reconnect with what you need.

This is an inclusive experience for adults from all walks of life. You may be navigating stress, grief, personal change, relationship difficulties or another challenging season—or you may simply want to become more emotionally aware and develop healthier ways of responding to life.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You only need to be open to giving yourself this time.

What to expect

Hosted by respected emotional fitness author and speaker Cynthia J. Morton, the carefully balanced program includes:

Family and Systemic Constellations
Healing Through Humour
Tai Chi and gentle movement
Stretch and Strengthen sessions
Optional morning meditation
Restorative activities and guided reflection
Time for rest, laughter and genuine connection
Beautiful natural surroundings
Nourishing meals and treats throughout each day

Guests are encouraged to participate at their own pace. There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable.

Accommodation and nourishment

Your retreat includes five nights of beautiful villa accommodation at EcoView Retreat in the peaceful Gold Coast Hinterland.

Accommodation options include:

Queen Villa—single occupancy
Queen Villa—double occupancy
King Villa—double occupancy

Throughout your stay, you will enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals, including buffet breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, dinners and evening treats. Food is approached as an important part of feeling nourished, supported and connected.

Retreat investment

Prices range from $3,000 to $4,750 per person, depending on your chosen villa and occupancy arrangement.

Your retreat investment includes accommodation, meals, workshops, facilitated activities and the complete retreat program. Flexible payment arrangements may be available for Queen Single Villas.

Places are intentionally limited to maintain an intimate and supportive experience.
