Each day opens & closes with sound using ancient frequencies, intuitive toning and voice-based healing to clear, awaken and align your body with its subtle energy system.

Between these sound journeys we will learn how to recognise and process your emotional and mental needs, so you can shift from survival-based reactions, driven by unresolved past disconnected experiences, creating chronic stress, fatigue, illness and disease – to states of connection, health and compassion.
