International Gong Master & Sound Therapist

Completing his Gong Master Training (levels 1 & 2) with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux at Yoga of Holistic Resonance & Sound Therapy training at the Brittish Academy of Sound Healing, as well as certified SomaEnergetics Practitioner.

Leith draws on 15 years of extensive experience facilitating personal sound healing, group meditations, live events & sound immersion sessions as well as corporate wellness programs, gong training and workshops locally and internationally.

Passionate about sharing the joy and wisdom of this powerful and ancient art form and healing modality with others, he now teaches through his training programs and courses and is a strong advocate for the benefits and research of gong and sound healing to support mental health and holistic wellbeing.

Adam Kaoulloas

Breathwork Expert and Wim Hof Method Instructor

Former professional boxer Adam Kaoullas has been in the health industry for 12 years.

In his first degree, he majored in applied Kinesiology and worked for a USA rehabilitation centre, helping people regain their motor skills and even walk again.

In studying for his second degree in Chinese Medicine, he fell in love with the practices of Yin + biochemistry which he now applies to his love of Breathwork.

Outside of Breathwork, Adam is an experienced Anatomy + Physiology Teacher with Yoga Alliance International and teaches 200HR, 300HR + 500HR Yoga Teacher training.

Chiho Kagawa (Chitta)

Sound Healing

Chiho, a qualified sound healer, channels the group's energy into an improvised piece using the Crystal Armonica, crystal bowls, her voice, and other instruments.

Her primary goal in sound meditation is to achieve healing frequencies that yield tangible results. Participants have experienced various forms of healing, including trauma release, as a result of Chiho's captivating sound movements, particularly when the Armonica and her voice stimulate their pineal glands.

Chiho has received training in sound healing under the guidance of Jonathan Goldman, a highly renowned sound healer. Additionally, she holds a Graduate Diploma in Music in Secondary Educationand and was also invited to present the Armonica and her experiences at the "Healing Power of Music" forum hosted by Griffith University's Conservatorium.

For over two decades, she has brought her sound healing and chanting/kirtan expertise to international venues such as yoga studios, events, schools, and festivals.

Hsiao-Ying Tung (Sandy)

QiGong Instructor.

Sandy is a seasoned meridian massage therapist with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. With a deep belief in the power of universal energy, Sandy combines ancient practices with modern techniques to promote overall well-being.

Drawing from over 15 years of Qigong expertise, Sandy guides individuals through a series of key exercises that trace their roots back to the Bhuddisatwa Era, a remarkable 5000-year-old tradition. These specially tailored exercises have been thoughtfully crafted to help maintain a youthful body and enhance vitality.
