The Exhale Northside is a guided breathwork journey designed to help you release tension within your system, feel what needs to be felt, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more honest way.

“I cried, but not out of sadness, out of deep release.”

Through conscious rhythmic breathwork, you will be supported to bring stagnant energy within the body into motion, creating space for what has been held to move, shift, and release.

“I felt tingles, sensations, and a deeper connection to myself.”

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about giving yourself space to connect to the power of your breath, whilst being held in a room of like-minded legends who are also choosing to show up, be open, and feel fully.

People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected, not just to themselves, but to life and the people around them.

What to bring? Comfy clothes, a journal, a drink bottle, and an open mind.

Please note that this style of breathwork is not suitable for women who are pregnant or for people with pre-existing heart conditions
