We welcome you to join us in a supportive space for a nourishing evening of relaxation, connection to our hearts, inner clarity and blissful sounds x

What will the evening involve?
We will come together in a welcome circle to connect, tune in with our hearts and relax through some very calming and centering breathwork to balance and harmonise your nervous system.

You will then connect with your inner world, harness your emotions, gain clarity on what is in your heart centre, what you would like to manifest into your life and what needs to be released to help clear the path. To honour this process and harness more heart expansion we will share a beautiful Sacred Cacao Ceremony.

Sacred Cacao was revered the "Food of the Gods" by ancient Mayan and Inca tribes and is a very heart-opening elixir that, when consumed in ritual, helps enhance our cognitive function and deepen our connection with ourselves, spirit and Mother Nature. It is a general cardiovascular stimulant (different to coffee in that it doesn't activate the central nervous system) and is packed with antioxidants, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc.

You will then lay down comfortably to be guided through a heart-centered meditation and be taken on a journey to deeper connection with beautiful sacred sounds that facilitate relaxation into a dream-like state, connection with your sub-conscious and inner knowing, and transformation on many levels.

We are both experienced sound healers and will navigate the space during the Sound Healing Journey with a wide variety of instruments such as crystal & tibetan bowls, medicine drums, gongs, shakers, hand pan, flute and more. This will be a nurturing, supportive and safe container, allowing you to completely let go and surrender to the healing frequencies and vibrations which will wash over and through you. We connect intuitively to one another and the energy of each individual, creating a very personalised offering. Following this journey we will gently guide you back into a grounded state and close the circle with an invitation to share any experiences you had and to offer you advice for integration. Tea and light snacks will be served.

ABOUT SOUND HEALING:

Everything around us and within us, down to the atomic level, is in a constant state of vibration. Due to many factors, the frequencies within our body systems and energy fields can be in a state of disharmony or sub-optimal health. Sound healing is a multidimensional 'medicine' of frequency and vibration, using various instruments as the mode of delivery. Sound healing helps to facilitate healing on many levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Scientifically proven to relax the brain waves into meditative theta and alpha states (and sometimes gamma sleep state), this enables you to get out of the "monkey mind" or busy conscious thought cycles we have, to relax completely and reach deeper levels of perception. Sound healing also promotes healing at a cellular level through a process called 'entrainment' - bringing the body into a more cohesive state of aligned homeostasis.

WHAT TO BRING:

You will be provided with a yoga mat however it is recommended you bring the following:

Yoga Mat
A light blanket to keep warm (even though it's Summer, the body temperature can drop a little during sound healing)
Cushion/bolster for your head &/or knees if you would like to for comfort
Water to keep hydrated
Optional: any personal items of support (eg. crystal, journal, eye mask/cover)
Wear layered cozy clothing to feel relaxed in (remember your socks!)
