The Femme on Kaurna

This interdisciplinary exhibition unfolded across two interconnected spaces: an initial community consultation and a subsequent exhibition. This dual structure is central to the project’s innovation, positioning process and outcome as equally significant components of the artistic work. By expanding from previous community exhibitions and a series of workshops, "The femme on Kaurna" aims for a different approach where the community is involved in the creative process as storytellers and co-creators of the artistic outcome. 

The project has prioritised access, social inclusion, and cultural diversity, providing interactive opportunities that are often limited to traditional art spaces.
