1. Breathwork

Begin your afternoon with a guided breathwork practice to calm the mind, expand awareness, and release tension. This powerful session will help reset your nervous system and prepare you for the day’s experiences.

2. Sauna & Cold Plunge Therapy

Experience the invigorating contrast of heat and cold. Start with a detoxifying session in a wood-burning sauna to promote relaxation and circulation, followed by an ice bath to invigorate, boost resilience, and leave you feeling alive and refreshed.

3. Ceremonial Cacao

Participate in a cacao ceremony to ground your energy and open your heart. This sacred plant medicine offers a gentle yet powerful way to connect with yourself and others.

4. Movement and Dance

Dive into a liberating session of dance and movement. Through freeform expression, let your body move intuitively, releasing stored emotions and connecting with joy and vitality. We have a very special DJ who will be announced in the coming weeks.

5. SOMA Breath Journey

A Soma Breath Journey is a guided experience combining rhythmic breathing, music, and meditation to enhance relaxation, clarity, emotional release, and physical well-being, often evoking a deep state of bliss.

6. Sound Bath

Be immersed in soothing sound waves from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. These vibrations help promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore emotional balance.

7. Vegetarian Dinner

End the day with a nourishing vegetarian meal prepared with love. Share a delicious, wholesome meal in community, reflecting on the day and savoring the sense of connection and renewal.

Combining transformative breathwork techniques with deep inner child healing, Jen guides clients to release stored trauma, access buried emotions, and embrace their full expression.
