Join us for The Fire and the Flow, a collaborative journey designed to bring you back to your truth.

You’ll begin with a condensed version of Loren’s Sacred Rage experience, where silence becomes sound, and suppressed emotion becomes power.

Then, be held by Sonia in a Spinal Energetics Flow session to release, recalibrate, and integrate, supporting your nervous system to come home to safety and spaciousness.

About your facilitators

Loren Sequoia

Loren works with women who feel like they’re constantly on the edge, tired, overwhelmed, and wondering why they keep snapping, shutting down, or feeling like they’ve lost themselves. She helps the high-functioning, emotionally aware woman who’s been carrying too much for too long and can’t ignore the inner pressure building anymore.

Her approach combines emotional release, nervous system repair, and honest conversations about power, identity, and truth. Whether it’s through Rage, somatic practices, energetic design or mentorship, Loren helps women get out of their heads and into their bodies, so they can stop second-guessing themselves, start trusting what they feel, and finally live like they mean it. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finally being real with yourself.

Sonia from Breath of Life

Sonia Marie is a Level 2 Spinal Energetics Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator, dedicated to supporting others on their journey back to themselves. With a trauma-informed background and over a decade working on the frontline, Sonia brings both professional and lived experience to her healing practice.

Having navigated her own path through trauma and life’s challenges, Sonia holds space with deep compassion and understanding. Sonia utilises breath, sound, and energy work to guide others in releasing stress, emotional blockages, and trauma stored in the body. Sonia’s approach is somatic, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that true healing begins with reconnecting to the wisdom of the body.

Sonia is a firm believer that the body knows how to heal it sometimes just needs space, support, and the remembrance of its own power.

This isn’t a quick fix. This is the beginning of deeper remembrance.
