The horses behaved in significantly different ways with each person. Each was monumental and had a profound teaching.
The Fire-Horse Workshop
Description
This workshop is a space to work deeply with the transformative power of the horse. Horses sense our stories beneath the surface. They respond honestly to who we are and ask us to step forward into our potential. Join us for an incredible day of healing & personal discovery as we learn what it means to embody horse wisdom in our lives.
Throughout the day, participants will be guided through experiential, ground-based work with horses designed to deepen self-awareness, presence, emotional insight and authentic connection. Horses naturally invite us out of overthinking and into the body, helping us notice patterns, boundaries, emotions, and ways of relating that may no longer serve us.
This is a supportive, and grounding space where there is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” The horses meet each person exactly where they are.
This workshop is for people who want to:
move forward but feel stuck in old patterns
slow down & centre into self
reconnect with intuition and inner wisdom
develop greater presence and self-trust
build confidence and authenticity
experience horses as teachers and mirrors
NO HORSE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Lunch included
Testimonials
The experience of today was more amazing than I could have imagined.
Exceptional pacing and sensitivity to the internal work this evokes.
It wasn’t only the actual experience, it was how Ashley had built the whole day leading to that moment so we were ready for it. Ashley’s facilitation, gentleness, empathy and sincerity was outstanding

Yes, many participants come on their own. The space is welcoming, contained, and supportive.

This is an experiential workshop facilitated within a trauma-aware framework by a qualified mental health professional. It is not formal psychotherapy.
- What should I bring?
Comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-in shoes, water, and weather-appropriate layers.
- Will this be valuable if I already work with horses?
This workshop focuses less on horse handling and more on the internal experience of presence, patterning, and relational awareness - which many experienced horse people find unexpectedly profound.
