Following a series of beautifully received classes with the Sunrise Sisterhood on the Sunshine Coast, this powerful practice is officially coming to Brisbane.

Join us for a deeply restorative 3-hour Sunday immersion and be among the very first in the river city to experience a live, guided GuanJing Method class. As Samantha is one of the first qualified practitioners holding this teaching nationwide, this workshop marks the official Brisbane launch of the practice.

Nestled next to the quiet greenery of Murray Duus Park, this unique event is a dedicated women's container designed to unlock your body’s natural energy channels, soothe your nervous system, and cultivate deep internal peace. Come experience the powerful, fluid GuanJing flow combined with gentle moving meditation and profound auditory rest in a safe, supportive space.

✨ The Journey

12:45 PM – Arrival & Connection: Step into the sanctuary and settle in. Enjoy a warm cup of ceremonial cacao on arrival (or choose from a selection of organic, elemental herbal teas) to open your heart, ground your energy, and warm your body before we begin.
Hour 1 – Ground & Learn: We will begin by settling into the space, followed by an insightful talk on the GuanJing Method, the Spiral and the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water)
Hour 2 – The GuanJing Flow: Experience the signature, fluid spiralling movements of the GuanJing Method, guided by the country's pioneering active teacher. We will gently open up the myofascial lines, release stored tension in the hips and pelvis, and shift from analytical thinking into pure physical presence.
Hour 3 – Moving Meditation & Sound Bath: Transition into a slow, spacious Moving Meditation—an unstructured, mindful free-flow where you let your body follow its own internal rhythm to ambient soundscapes. We will softly land on our mats for the final phase: a deeply immersive Crystal Sound Bowl Bath to integrate your energy and anchor you in absolute stillness.
