The Flourishing Family: How Epigenetics Inform Parents to Nurture Good Habits & Character with Pamela and Titus
Event description
In the practical webinar Pamela explains the intersection of biological, behavioral, and environmental influences on children’s growth. These domains are tightly linked as epigenetics show how environment and lifestyle can shape gene expression, which in turn impacts children’s capacities for healthy habit formation and robust character. Epigenetics reveal that parental behaviors, nutrition, stress, and environment affect children’s gene expression, health, and mental development. Character and habits emerge from these foundations; how parents engage, teach, and respond to their children profoundly shape lifelong trajectories.
Come along to learn how you can incorporate some of these ideas into your life to raise a happy, healthy family.
