Gina Rumble is the founder of Create Flow, a holistic practice based in Queenstown that weaves together ICPKP kinesiology, frequency, and intuitive guidance to help people align their mind, body, and soul. Her work supports clients to feel grounded and centred within themselves, so they can live life from a place of deep alignment.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of stress, experiencing emotional ups and downs, or noticing your mental and physical health is being impacted, especially during times of change - Gina’s work offers clarity, balance, and practical tools to help you feel more empowered in your wellbeing.

She is devoted to helping people navigate transitional times, release stress, balance their emotions, and create more inner space and capacity. This allows them to reconnect within and move through life with greater ease, clarity, and flow.

Having navigated her own journey through postnatal anxiety, mental health challenges, and profound personal transformation, Gina brings realness, vulnerability, and heart to everything she shares.
