The Flowment of Breath
Welcome to this powerful mindfulness practice that uses the connection of our breath to awaken all our senses and allow the mind and body to move in coherence.
This practice is called a "Flowment" because we use a variety of breath techniques, mindful movement and sound healing to create a free-flowing state of being in the present moment.
This self expressive movement meditation allows us to surrender to the moment, clear our minds and move our bodies in whatever way feels good. It is a great way to feel energised and connected with our true inner joy and creativity.
If you are interested in participating in this experience, please come a few minutes before our start time at 4pm to settle in. All you will require to bring for this practice is comfortable clothes to move around in, a blanket if you wish to stay warm and most importantly, I encourage you to bring your own water bottle! There will be yoga mats and bolsters provided at the Fitness Venue's church studio.
This is a journey for all levels of experience. No prior experience with breathwork, or meditation is necessary. Come as you are, as all are welcome in this safe space of divine connection.
