The Fool's Yoga
Event description
Join us for The Fool's Yoga, a playful experience that blends vinyasa yoga, meditation, and clown games to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
In this workshop, we'll begin with mindfulness and centering through breathwork and a gentle yoga flow. Then we'll move into guided clown explorations, light-hearted play, and laughter yoga. Deep relaxation and meditation will round out each session, leaving you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and more connected to your inner child.
Fool's Yoga is open to everyone - from beginner yogis looking to try something new, to advanced practitioners wanting to rediscover joy and levity in their practice. And if you're a clown/physical theater artist, you'll have a chance to move your body in new ways.
Bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and a willingness to be silly. All bodies and abilities are welcome.
