Your place at THE FORGE is confirmed.

We will be meeting at Ramsgate beach Saturday 17 OCT 6-8am

This will be a structured morning session incorporating breathwork, cold exposure, movement, and team-based challenges designed to build composure, resilience, and brotherhood.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.

What to bring:

Towel
Change of clothes
Water bottle
Comfortable training gear
An open mind and willingness to lean into the work

Some elements of the session will take place in the ocean, so come prepared for cold exposure.

These mornings are designed to challenge you, reset your nervous system, and connect you with other men committed to raising their standards.

If you have any questions prior to the event, feel free to reply to this email.

Looking forward to seeing you on the sand.
